Peppery Dijon Parsley Rub: Date Added: 28 Jul 2011

Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp. cracked mixed peppercorns or cracked black pepper
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine all ingredient in small bowl.

2. Apply to surface of uncooked steaks and ground beef patties just before grilling.
